So, its been a LONG time since I've visited this space....and that's too bad. I like the idea of having someplace to vent, to dream, to be me.
Some interesting developments have happened lately, namely, I no longer have a day job. I have been getting a lot of "I'm sorry"s from people. I'm glad they feel enough for me to worry, but I couldn't be happier with my current situation. Not having to work for someone else, opens so many doors that I have keeping closed.
My husband and I have started (well actually we started a while ago) going to auctions in our area. At first it was to get some stuff for our money pit of a house, but it has morphed into what will become my source of income. Sure, its slow going, but with perseverance, I am sure that this whole not 'working' thing will work out pretty darn well for me.
